The 2010 Bounder 35E

In October, 2009, we purchased a 35 foot long Class A motorhome called the Bounder. We had a previous 2000 31 foot Bounder which we really loved. But with retirement and the option of taking longer trips, we really wanted the washer-dryer and the extra storage space.

This is actually our third RV. Our first was a Class C 1990 Fleetwood Jamboree. It was a great motorhome when our two sons were small and took trips with us. They loved the cab-over space and claimed it as their own. In 2000 we purchased our first Bounder (took delivery on Carol's birthday!) and really loved having the two slide-outs. We kept our eyes on the product development of the Bounder line and fell in love with the 35E model. I retired in 2008 and we started thinking of upgrading. Once the economy dropped, prices dropped with it, and we were able to get a fantastic deal on the 2010 Bounder. And it came with so many features we weren't even looking for.

We absolutely wanted the washer-dryer, leather seats, and 50 amp power system. We also wanted the larger hot water heater (10 gal. versus the old 6) and the 35E floorplan. We got all that and so much more...three backup camera system, electric awning, ice-maker, dual heat pumps, convection microwave, digital HD LCD tv sets, inverter system, and much more. In fact we got just about everything you could get and a few things not on the official options list.
