Over the last few months, we have taken numerous short RV trips to our favorite destinations which have been pretty well covered in Carol’s blogs. So here are some strange things I’ve come across during these past months….
The above TV is a sign of the times. Placed out on the curb for anyone to take for free, it is a flat screen with a CRT tube which means it sticks out about 24 inches in the back. These days, everyone wants the thin-line models. So this was just left out for anyone to take away for free….and someone did.
I didn’t know the dogs could read our alphabet!
Here is a creative use of PVC sewer pipes.
I forget where we saw the above, but it really brought some color to a dreary day…
I think I wrote about having two of our hydraulic jacks on the RV repaired. The shop that did the repairs was very cluttered.
There was a lot of old stuff there. I think I even saw the rudder from George Washington’s boat that he crossed the Delaware in. What really amazed me was that the worker in the shop could tell you where everything was located in the piles of stuff.
I’m so used to seeing the disabled license plates on large cars and mini vans, that seeing one on this small car made me stop and wonder!
Well, that’s all for this episode of the weird and wonderful…
